Payments must be made in advance. Once the translation process has started, refunds are no longer possible.

We guarantee confidentiality and full compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR). All documents are used exclusively for translation purposes and are not shared with third parties.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreadable documents provided by the client.
